09/26/01. A public meeting was held on the Draft Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment (draft RP/EA). The Trustees provided a general overview of the plan and accepted both oral and written comments on the plan. A Powerpoint presentation was provided at the meeting (see note for viewer).

10/25/01. Close of public comment period on the draft Plan. The Trustee Council reviewed public comments received; responses have either been incorporated into the Final Plan or addressed in Appendix B of Plan.
