The site is approximately a one-acre upland area, adjacent to the Duwamish Waterway. In 1994, the site was the location of a commercial marine repair facility and moorage area. South view of commercial pier and shoreside structures Pre-restoration bank condition. Note lack of intertidal vegetation and concrete and asphalt debris used as bank protection.
