The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is actively
soliciting ideas for restoration projects in the Hudson River Valley. For
information on participating, see the
Letter to Citizens Regarding Restoration Ideas for the Hudson River.
The trustees have met with several interest groups in the region to explain the
natural resource damage assessment (NRDA) process and to solicit restoration
ideas. Your organization or group is invited to participate in this process.
Please contact us to arrange a meeting with trustee
representatives or to add your name to the mailing list or listserv to receive
updates.
The trustees have established a Hudson River listserv for individuals who want
to receive news about the status of the injury assessment and restoration
efforts. Announcements will be issued as needed.
